#646 - Gender Identity - Part 2
Volume 2 - Prayers to Love Our Neighbor
God, I want to change my gender. I need to change my gender. I'm going to change my gender. I don't care if friends and family don't like it. I don't care what ramifications my gender change will have on loved ones. I need to be me. I need to be who I am. I need to be what I am. It's worth the investment. I can't wait to put to death the person I have been. I am going to create someone new. Life is about appearance. Life is about what we look like in the mirror. Life is about the clothes we wear. Sure, faith is important. Character is important. Being kind to others is important. However, those things are not as important as which restroom I want to use. Your Word tells me that I am to love God with all my heart, soul, and mind. Your Word tells me to love my neighbor. Fine. I am convinced that changing my gender is somehow a demonstration of my deep love for You. Perhaps I'm helping You to fix a mistake You made in my life and in other people's lives. Changing my gender shows my love for all the other people struggling with their gender. I'm showing them how to be themselves, to be their own god, to be whatever way they want to be. Step out of the way. I'm going to do what I want to do. I am my own god. I know what is best. I'm a rebellious human doing my own thing just like every other man or woman who has ever been born. Amen.
